Here is a great example of how your government lied to the people of California regarding the cause of the massive flooding that damaged Yuba City and Marysville in California. They blamed the increase in this massive amount of water on "warm storms" coming off of the Pacific Ocean. There is no such thing as "warm storms" over the Sierra Nevada mountains in December. What they failed to tell the people was that in 1954-1955 time frame, CONAD (NORAD) implemented the high intensity radar (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Death_ray) systems over the Sierra Nevada mountains which allowed radar microwaves to effectively heat (Samcuss Theory: Aqueous Molecular Thermal Aggrandizement) the water molecules in snow producing rain clouds, thus preventing normal snowfall and producing much heavier rains over the mountains. As ridiculous as it may seem, this may have led to the flooding on December 24. 1955:
On Christmas Eve, December 24, 1955 the United States Air Force issued a communique claiming that an "early warning radar net to the north" had detected "one unidentified sleigh, powered by eight reindeer, at 14,000 feet [4,300 meters], heading 180 degrees." The Associated Press passed this "report" along to the general public. It was the first time that the United States Armed Forces issued a statement about tracking Santa Claus's sleigh on Christmas Eve, although it was a one-time event, not repeated over the next several years.[6]
The program originated before the actual formation of NORAD, as an annual event on December 24, 1955. According to legend, a Sears department store placed an advertisement in the Colorado Springs newspaper The Gazette, which told children that they could place a call to Santa Claus and included the number ME 2-6681.[7] A call allegedly came through to Colorado Springs' Continental Air Defense Command (CONAD) Center as one digit was misprinted.[8]
In some versions of the story, the calls were coming in to the "red telephone" hotline that connected CONAD directly to command authorities at the Strategic Air Command. Colonel Harry Shoup, who was a Crew Commander on duty, answered the first call and supposedly told his staff to give all children who called in later a "current location" for Santa Claus.[9]
A more accurate description of the events of 1955 appears to be that on November 30 a child trying to reach Santa Claus on a hotline number provided in a Sears advertisement misdialed the number and instead reached Shoup at his desk at CONAD. Shoup responded gruffly to the child, and no additional Santa Claus-related calls came in to CONAD.[6][10]

Fast forward to February 2017, the evacuation of 200,000 people as a result of damage to the spillway of the Oroville dam. The damage to the Oroville dam took on the same scenario as the cause of the December 24, 1955 floods, that being the use of high intensity microwaves over the Sierra Nevada mountains during the winter. The difference being that these microwaves were provided by megawatt Doppler radar systems, preventing rain clouds from producing snow or forcing them to produce too much snow is always a bad idea that will subsequently play out in California with more massive flooding yet to come.
What the government nor scientists realized in 1955 is directing high intensity radar microwaves at the North Pole, was causing the polar ice to melt and subsequently since then, it has acquired a serious depletion. In 1993 scientists added HAARP to the high intensity microwaving of the North Pole and Greenland ice further exacerbating the melting of ice and creating the perpetual atmospheric condensation now circumnavigating both hemispheres. The fresh water storms or perpetual storms currently circling earth in both hemispheres cannot return to the poles through land masses like Alaska, Australia, Asia, North America, South America and Africa thus much of this man created water is dumping on continents resulting in massive flooding and soil liquefaction washing billions of tons of soil into the oceans raising sea level worldwide. The future storm surges accompanying these storms will be beyond imagination and coastal destructive.
Once these man made perpetual storms were unleashed on the world, the devastating "genie cannot be returned to the bottle" and will get progressively worse for every continent like this in December 2023:
