As of Monday September 21, 2020 there have been 1022confirmed tornadoes and 78 related deaths in the US and could have been prevented by better management of radar microwaves. Damage is estimated at greater than $4.4 billion. Why? See below! This does not include the recent flooding in Michigan, also the result of radar attraction.

These tornadoes are generated by the ambient heat produced from the "Burning Man" fire in the desert. Since the moisture levels in the desert are fairly low, the size of the tornadoes remain small and dissipate rapidly. Since January 2020, 1022 confirmed tornadoes and flooding have killed 78 people in the southern, Midwest and eastern states and caused more than $4.4 billion dollars in damage, all as result of Doppler radar produced storms. However, the size of the "Burning Man" fire in comparison to this super-heated Doppler radar image over The Woodlands, Texas is minuscule, so imagine if you will the size and power of the tornadoes this is capable of producing. The first prediction for 2020 is that Houston Doppler radar will be responsible for spawning severe tornado activity as well as massive thunderstorms and flooding in the southern, Midwest and eastern states. These storms will transition the the US, gaining power and will enter the jet stream as high intensity storms that will cause substantial damage to European countries.
The Moore Oklahoma Tornado
The most powerful tornado ever spawned by radar microwaves occurred on Monday, May 20,, 2013 in Lawton, Oklahoma and subsequently, continued use of radar microwaves on the developing storm, resulted in this being an enormous category 5 tornado that devastated Moore, Oklahoma, killing 24 people and causing two billion dollars in damage. The meteorologist in the video below gave no indication that radar microwave heating of the water molecules in the initial rain clouds were the cause of spawning the storm.

For anyone interested, if you ever wondered why and how Hurricane Katrina flooded New Orleans, these links show the attraction of Doppler radar microwaves steering both Hurricane Andrew and Hurricane Katrina across the exact same point in Florida to avoid hitting Miami. Above is a warning that I posted on Facebook on May 29th, 2018, 15 months before Dorian and forwarded to the governor of Puerto Rico in advance of the approach of any additional hurricanes after Maria and Irma. If the United States insists on using Miami Doppler radar on hurricanes coming into the South Atlantic, the third prediction is they will be attracted to the Bahamas once again and Florida, just like the case with Dorian, Irma, Michael, Katrina, and Andrew, will suffer the consequences. The only reason that Miami didn't suffer extensive damage from Dorian is because the hurricane had to decide whether to go to the Melbourne or Miami Doppler, hence the reason for the delay. Turning off both Doppler radars subsequently let Dorian make a distinctive right, almost 90 degrees turn and angle for the Carolinas.
Puerto Rico I assume decided to allow these clowns to pulse Doppler radar instead of getting rid of it and not allowing them to reinstall it. Good luck with that! It will still attract hurricanes to your island.
My fourth prediction is that if Texas allows the continued use of Houston Doppler radar on any storm forming in the Gulf of Mexico, south Texas and Louisiana will again suffer massive flooding just as occurred with Katrina, Ike, "The Tax Day", tropical storm Harvey and Tropical storm Imelda. No so-called weather expert took the time to explain to the people of Kingwood and Beaumont why Imelda spun for three days over the Houston Doppler radar site before unleashing pent up tropical rains.
My fifth and final prediction for 2020 is that the northern, mid-western and eastern states are going to experience massive flooding beyond what occurred last year, due to the fact that Doppler radar has forced storm systems to produce a significantly higher accumulation of heavy snow and rain on already saturated grounds and mountains that never had full runoff from the previous year. Continued use of Doppler radar on any storm systems in spring or summer will add to this disaster. Southern and eastern states that are prone to tornadoes and flooding will experience significant increases. Be prepared!

A major storm system is approaching the west coast, so here is my prediction with the continued use of Doppler radar on these storms. The amount of snow that will accumulate on the Sierra Nevada mountains will surpass all existing records. Massive flooding is in the future for Washington, Oregon and California, with massive mudslides occurring along the forest/ brush fire burn areas. Spring runoff will not be nice to any of the western states and will have dire consequences in the previously flooded mid-west. The avalanche in Lake Tahoe will be merely symbolic of what's coming. For those who don't fully understand the implications of Florida Doppler Radar Commingling, this video from 1/31/2020 clearly demonstrates how overlapping radar microwaves produce enormous storms and attract them. This is a video recorded today that clearly shows storm systems being spawned from Houston megawatt Doppler radar. Houston Doppler radar was responsible for attracting the "tax day" storm, which was spawned by Oklahoma and Dallas Doppler radars. Houston megawatt Doppler radar was also responsible for spawning tropical storm Harvey and attracting it to Houston. This same scenario created tropical storm Imelda. Had Houston merely turned off Doppler radar, they could have saved an estimated 170 billion dollars from Harvey alone, let alone the "tax day" and Imelda floods and the loss of lives associated with them. Just how much and how many lives is Europe willing to fork over before taking corrective action? The US just doesn't seem to get the picture, even though Washington DC flooded for the first time in modern history.

A Southern States Warning
If the Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana Doppler radars are utilized on the rain clouds coming off of the Pacific Ocean across Mexico as shown in this video recorded today, the massive storms they will spawn will produce severe thunderstorms, tornadoes and flooding in the already saturated southern and eastern states, and will again produce more "bomb cyclones" that will bring further European disasters and death. Be forewarned and prepared. As a side note, the recent flooding of Mississippi was the result of storms spawned by Houston Doppler radar, and has now entered the Atlantic, headed for Europe as another named "bomb cyclone".

Story from a Houston television station this morning stated that a federal judge dismissed a law suit as an "act of God" for the release of water by the Army Corps of Engineers. Bordering on blasphemy, the reason that they had to release the water in the first place was because of excessive water produced by Tropical Storm Harvey which was brought to Houston by their megawatt Doppler radar. Whomever launched this lawsuit was "barking up the wrong tree" and should have gone after the real perpetrators, the owners and creators of Houston Doppler radar. The University of Colorado warned Houston while Harvey was just a tropical storm in the Gulf. They measured higher temperatures on the surface waters, which they couldn't explain. Well if you look at the graphic of hurricane Katrina above, you will see that they also had heating of the surface waters before it slammed into New Orleans. with more rain than they had ever seen before. Folks! This is not a coincidence, just like the attraction of hurricanes Irma and Maria to Puerto Rico. The rotation of tropical storm Imelda directly over the Houston Doppler radar site gave you a warning before it ever unleashed the torrential rains. As evidenced in the videos above, massive storms being spawned by Doppler radar in Oklahoma, Texas and Louisiana are causing tornadoes and flooding the eastern states with most of these turning into "bomb cyclones" like Ciara, devastating Europe. Don't take my word for it, see it for yourself. If we continue to use radar microwaves to super-heat water molecules in rain clouds across this nation, the water runoff from excessive snow and overfilled dams is going to be devastating. Oh! And as a last note for today, do not blame this on God'.

Happy leap day! For the ten thousand homeowners who filed the Hurricane Harvey lawsuit against the US Army Corp of Engineers for releasing the water that was declared an "act of God" by the judge and who don't fully understand the implications of this website regarding whom you should be confronting, my next prediction is if you don't take action, you will be subjected to more massive flooding. If Harvey and Imelda didn't convince you that Doppler radar spawns tropical storms and engorges them, perhaps you should take a lesson from Florida and hurricane Michael. Florida not only attracted Michael and steered it up the west coast, just as it did with Irma, but when it approached the commingled Doppler radars near Tallahassee, the overlapping microwaves turned Michael into a category five hurricane. The meteorologists are still trying to figure out what happened. Houston dodged a category five bullet with hurricane Ike, which came directly across their Doppler radar site. New Orleans was devastated as shown above. Don't let 2020 be the third time rebuilding your home since they increased the power of these Doppler radar systems in 2013.

This is day 63 of 2020 and the warnings and predictions are accurate in their fore-warnings. The deadly night tornadoes that passed through Tennessee were addressed in the tornado section of this website. Night tornadoes were rare, but are no longer with Doppler radar microwaves super-heating water molecules in these cloud formations on a continuous basis, even throughout the night. When these storms are spawned out of Oklahoma, Texas and Louisiana and pass through commingled radars, the amount of megawatts applied are doubled or tripled where they intersect (see the Florida Doppler Radar Commingling video above for proof). The storm that passed through Tennessee may provide more weather related problems for the British Isles and Europe in the next few days.

This video shows the remnants of the Doppler radar microwave super-heated storm, spawned in Texas, that devastated Tennessee with night tornadoes and killed numerous residents, headed straight for the British Isles. This is a replica of the storms that resulted in bomb cyclones Ciara and Dennis, both of which brought heavy rains, death and damage to the British Isles and Europe. When Britain finally gets a clue that the US is spawning these storms, it is very likely that they will take some sort of legal action to put a stop to it. A secondary storm spawned out of Texas narrowly missed Tennessee to the south the following day, that is now the tail end of the storm shown.

Rather than predicting the weather that is going to develop over the mid and eastern states, I am issuing this warning to prevent massive tornado damage and deaths from night tornadoes and massive commingled radar microwave generated monsters such as the one that devastated Nashville. Commingled radar and heat produced from the sun, will generate massive tornadoes that will destroy communities and cause many deaths. Do not use Doppler radar on these storm systems or these states will regret it. If you are expecting advance warning from these radar systems, you may want to reconsider since the radar itself is generating the tornadoes. See my 3/8/20 warning above for how far in advance you were warned not to microwave these storm system.

Today being Friday the 13th is a good time to stop presenting this visual evidence of storms being spawned by Dallas Doppler radar, the same radar that spawned the storm that devastated Nashville, Tennessee. One last video to share is this one taken today, that actually shows Dallas Doppler radar microwaves super-heating cloud formations before sending them east. Imagine all of the radar systems between California and the east coast doing the same thing. Hope this provides some insight as to why this country needs to stop using radar microwaves on storm systems. It may already be too late for some areas, since an over abundance of heavy snow is already on the mountains and plains. When Doppler radar forms and drains the "river in the sky" as it did last year over these areas, more catastrophic flooding will occur. The news article yesterday showed damage to a dam in Britain as a result of massive rains from "bomb cyclones" Ciara and Dennis, both of which if you studied the previous videos, were spawned from Doppler radar microwaved storms out of Oklahoma, Texas and Louisiana. The damage to that dam is systemic with what caused the damage to the Oroville dam and Michigan dams. Keep in mind that "what goes up, must come down" and with that being said, the spring runoff from the Sierra Nevada mountains will not be kind, so stay tuned and prepared.

Just another piece of evidence as to why Doppler radar microwaves should not be used on storm systems coming off of the Pacific Ocean, earlier last week Southern California and Arizona experienced severe flooding. Today being 3/18/20 at 2:50 PM eastern daylight savings time, the video above was taken this morning, so I am going to submit this warning; "if you continue to use Doppler radar microwaves on these clouds, you will flood again. Be prepared! Oh! And as a last note, the massive storm moving to the northeast was spawned from rain clouds moving across Oklahoma. Oklahoma will create more of these massive storms from their radar systems.

This series of storms may be the next named "bomb cyclone" to devastate the British Isles and Europe. Originating in the Pacific Ocean, these rain clouds transition Mexico and are super-heated by Doppler radar microwaves which results in enhancing and engorging these storms, many times also resulting in tornadoes such as the night tornado that devastated Nashville. Attention British Isles! The 'bomb cyclone" you are getting ready to experience came with a warning about storms being spawned out of Texas in the United States. If you failed to review this website regarding Ciara and Dennis, then you failed to take corrective measures to prevent this one. RECOMMENDED SOLUTION "SPORADICITY"
Running Doppler radar 24/ 7 is ludicrous. Especially at megawatt power. We don't need rain clouds to be displayed on a 24 hour basis at more than 30 to 40 mile range. Radar sampling sporadic usage should be on a time basis, i.e. 15 minutes every two hours at a lower wattage that does not promote super-heating storms miles from point of need. If no clouds are approaching, turn off Doppler radar. DOPPLER RADAR SHOULD NEVER BE USED ON HURRICANES, PERIOD! This will be the path to minimizing and/or curtailing the flooding and tornado devastation that I have predicted for the near future. God provides the weather and we need to stop influencing it.

Since the Doppler radars at San Antonio and Brownsville commingle with the powerful Houston Doppler, these three radars combined have the total microwave power of approximately 3 million watts. The ability of these systems to spawn storms is evident in this video and when temperatures increases, they will produce major electrical storms and tornadoes. Note how the storm clouds explode after entering Texas from Mexico. If you don't recognize this as a problem, failure to understand this will result in massive flooding, destruction and death during spring and summer months.

This video was taken at 9:25 PM on April 9, 2020 and clearly shows that even though there was no sun shining, the heat in this storm did not diminish due to the super-heating of the water molecules as evidenced in the previous videos. If all of the Doppler radar systems across the US continue to be used on any weather systems, the massive flooding and tornadoes will persist and cause irreparable damage to the ability to grow and supply the needed food to span the pandemic. If any radar microwaves are directed at any tropical storms or hurricanes, they will be attracted to the Doppler radar sites, as occurred with hurricanes Michael and Florence. This is a video of the second wave of storms being spawned by Doppler radar at San Antonio, that was recorded at 2020-04-12-02-50-30 and once spawned, they become significantly more powerful and larger as they move into Doppler radar microwaves produced by Dallas and Houston. These storm clouds shown advanced into Mississippi and states to the east with devastating tornadoes that resulted in deaths of 30 people and massive destruction. As a note, there are no tornadoes in Mexico prior to these storms entering the US. May 15, 2020 flooding in Houston was directly a result of Houston Doppler radar microwaves super-heating water molecules in cloud formations over the gulf. See the radar cutoff points designated by the semi circle graphics at the lower right side of this video. This radar spawning of electrical storms is a contributing factor to the lightening sparked fire on South Padre island. The picture below are the residual radar spawned storm clouds on Saturday 5/16/2020 at 12:51 PM. If anyone affected by this fire sees this, it should assist in the investigation as to the contributing factors of this disaster.

The accuracy of the warnings about flooding in the Midwest and eastern states are right on target. Continued use of radar microwaves on storm systems make these predictions easy, since all of the images of storm systems are produced by radar microwave heating of the water molecules, massive rain production will be the result. The more microwaves that are fed into these storms, the heavier the rainfall is going to occur and the larger the storms are going to increase since they engorge with the more radar sites they encounter. The flooding in Michigan is a great example and if you see the time lapse radar images for the previous seven days, you will see where these storms originated. If radar microwaves are continued to be used on any storm across the nation, the worse it is going to get. If you want better weather for launching the Space X rocket, Florida has to stop using Doppler radar microwaves on rain clouds. due to the fact that microwave super-heating of the water molecules will produce significant electrical conditions and increased water content. The radar sites shown in the two videos below were responsible for attracting hurricane Dorian across the Bahamas last year. The radar produced storms in these two videos below are precursor to tropical storm Bertha, which is spawned by Miami and Melbourne radar sites, with the aid of sites at the Keys and Tampa Bay. This is a message of caution to the gulf coast states and west coast. If you continuously use Doppler radar microwaves on tropical and Pacific storm systems, be prepared for extensive electrical storms and mass rain production, the results of which will be massive flooding in the west and possible tornadoes and hurricanes like Harvey and tropical storm Imelda in the Gulf. Fire prone areas may be subjected to lightening sparked fires on a significantly large scale. Storms being spawned out of Colorado, Wyoming and New Mexico will be a contributing factor to flooding in the Midwest, when combined with the "river in the sky" jet-stream.

The purple image in this video demonstrates how satellite imaging differentiates super heated water molecules in clouds formations. This image was the result of the 105 degree air temperature in the Phoenix area.
This is hurricane Michael as it approached Tallahassee, Florida. Please note that the purple shown, is a thermal image just like the Phoenix video above. The difference here is that the surface temperature was 84 degrees, so what was heating the upper level water molecules to high enough temperature to turn dark purple. This is Aqueous Molecular Thermal Aggrandizement or super-heating of the water molecules by commingled Doppler radar microwaves from sites at Mobile, Alabama, Tallahassee NWS and Tallahassee, Florida. Doppler radar was not only responsible for attracting and guiding Michael up the west coast of Florida, but engorged the hurricane with much higher water content, the results of which was a category 5 event. If this nation persists in using Doppler radar on tropical storms and hurricanes, they will suffer more catastrophic events like this and the 1012 confirmed tornadoes that have already impacted the Midwest and southern states since January, 2020.

This is advance warning to Florida and the Gulf states including Texas regarding the tropical moisture being spun out of the Bay of Campeche. If you use Doppler radar microwaves on the storm clouds nearing the Yucatan peninsula, be prepared to experience severe hurricanes, flooding and tornadoes. The combining of the storm clouds coming across Florida from the southeast with the storm clouds coming from the west, will present a natural rain event. Adding Doppler radar super-heated microwaves to this event will develop into catastrophic consequences. Keep the in mind that most of the 1012 confirmed 2020 tornadoes mentioned above could have been prevented by merely turning off Doppler radar.
These are the effective Doppler radar ranges as they relate to the Gulf. Any of these high energy Doppler radar microwaves either singular or overlapping with other radars will double or triple the thermal heating of the cloud systems and will produce significantly more rain than normal. Texas will experience significant flooding as it did with tropical storm Imelda and Houston Doppler radar spawned hurricane Harvey. The formations seen here are from tropical storm Cristobal, and over the next week will cause significant impact to the southern Gulf states which will include flooding and tornadoes. Marginalizing the use of radar on these storm systems will prevent a lot of it.
The red lines in the picture above show the extent of Miami Doppler radar coverage of the Bahamas. This same radar was responsible for attracting hurricane Dorian across the Bahamas and turning it into a category 5 event, which devastated the northern most island.

This is the current satellite image of Cristobal impacting Louisiana, more specifically New Orleans and the highlighted Doppler radar ranges indicated by the arrows. Just like tropical storm Barry last year and hurricane Katrina, if you continue to use Doppler radar microwaves on these storm systems, you will continue to attract them and increase their water content, which will add to the propensity for massive flooding and tornadoes. Just imagine, had they turned off radar when Cristobal was twirling over the Yucatan peninsula for three days, it would have dissipated and most of the impact to the southern states, including Florida, could have been prevented.

This video shows Cristobal dying over Lake Superior due to the lack of radar microwaves providing heat to the water molecules as occurred from its development on the Yucatan Peninsula, throughout its entire trip to Canada. Since Canada does not have Doppler radar supplying the thermal heating, Cristobal will dissipate at the border as do most storms spawned in the Midwest.

A Final Message to California, Washington and Oregon. If you didn't pickup on any warnings from the hurricane Cristobal information above or fail to believe that radar microwaves spawn electrical storms and tornadoes, the video above can be used as reference. Please note that the electrical storms shown, cease to exist at the Canadian border. Why is this? It is because Canada does not have Doppler radar to continue feeding it. Just like Cristobal above that died at the Canadian border for the lack of radar microwaves feeding it, so occurs with the west coast spawned storms. What is an IR satellite image? IR or infrared satellite imagery is sort of a temperature map. The weather satellite detects heat energy in the infrared spectrum (infrared energy is invisible to the human eye). The satellite image displays objects(whether clouds, water or land surfaces) based on the temperature of the object. Warm temperatures appear in dark shades. Cold temperatures appear in light shades. A temperature scale(in degrees Celsius) is depicted to the left of the image. The chief advantage of IR imagery is that it's not dependent on sunlight. Visible imagery(like the photos you take with a normal camera) relies on sufficient sunlight reflecting off a surface to be viewable. It's useless at night, but IR imagery relies on emitted heat energy (detectable day or night) if you have the right equipment). You can infer relative altitudes of clouds from their temperature. Since temperature, in general, decreases with increasing height, high altitude clouds will appear whiter than low altitude clouds. Visible vs. IR — Why? A visible satellite image is created by looking only at the visible portion of the light spectrum and is thus only really useful during daylight hours. The Infrared (IR) image comes from the satellite detecting heat energy in the infrared sepectrum and thus does not depend on visible light. For this reason we switch between the visible and IR images at 1500 GMT (8:00am PDT) and 0200 GMT (7:00pm PDT). Weather satellites carry instruments called radiometers (not cameras) that scan the Earth to form images. What is truly amazing is that the National Weather Service did not warn the Bay Area of the fact that Doppler radar microwaves superheating water molecules in rain clouds would cause electrical discharges and heavy rains. This attraction has been noted during hurricane Harvey and tropical storm Imelda, both of which produced torrential rains. This is the Cal Fire Investigation report for the Camp Fire that destroyed Paradise, California residences and killed 85 people. This investigation put the blame squarely on the fault of PG&E, but with the recent electrical spawned fires in northern California, reexamining the ten year time-lapse videos ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VCdb9_VhIvU&feature=share
), and 2018 https://youtu.be/FPuDPxK88g0) for the morning of November 8, 2018 at 1:30 P.M. CDT (11:30 PDT) clearly show that there were cloud formations in the area. Since radar microwaves force these cloud systems to produce electrical discharges, the fire starting in two separate locations gives rise to the possibility of a split lightening strike more so than an equipment failure. There is no mention of this possibility in the report, but further investigation with NOAA and NWS need to take a closer look at the radar images prior to the start of the fires, in order to rule out this possible cause.

This is the 7:30 A.M. CST (5:30 A.M. PST) video slice below. Note the yellow radar images. Any radar images generated before sunrise are the direct result of microwaves superheating the water molecules in clouds. This will produce electrical discharges like appear in the eastern states in these pictures.

Here again, the only way that the infrared sensor on the satellite more than 22,500 miles in space can display these cloud images is if the water molecules in the clouds are being superheated and only radar microwaves can accomplish that.

What is coming next to the US? With the threat of earthquakes looming in the near future, the radar microwave contribution to the avoidable, massive water content of the hurricanes and the electrical discharges from spawned cloud formations in the western states, all being blamed on "global warming" and "climate change", will be more massive fires. Since even the smoke clouds forming over the fire prone areas contain moisture, radar microwaves will actually cause those clouds to produce electrical discharges. The most threatening issue with the use of radar microwaves on any storm systems coming into the west coast is the creation of another round of the "river in the sky" as Southern and Northern California, Oregon and Washington experienced in the past two years, these heavy rains will create massive land slides in the burn areas. Old growth forests that suffered wildfire, stand a significant possibility of water absorption where dead tree roots no longer provide stability. Here is another warning to the western states about superheating water molecules in any rainclouds with radar microwaves. This folks, just like the 1022 confirmed tornadoes, eleven hurricanes and massive wild fires, have nothing to do with either "global warming" and "climate change". If you understand the massive water content of hurricane Laura and Sally, both of these were the results of high concentrations of Doppler radar microwaves constantly being fed into them, just to bring the weather watchers those color satellite images. The satellite that is more than 22,500 miles in space, only produces images from superheated water molecules in cloud formations.

Note that these two videos below clearly show that storms spawned in the United States do not cross the border into Canada. Occasionally a tornado cloud will cross, but is a rare occurrence. The destruction of the Michigan dams is an example of how radar microwave spawning and feeding of these storms contributes to infrastructure devastation. The destruction of interstate 10 in California, the damage to the Oroville dam in California and the British dam demise from "bomb cyclones" Ciara and Dennis, were all the results of radar microwave spawned storms in the US (see the February 6, 2020 videos above for proof)

Isn't it amazing! All last year this website was posted on Yahoo News comments with warnings to Florida to cease using radar microwaves on hurricanes, because Irma and Maria provided examples of how Doppler radar steers and engorges tropical storms. Some folks in Florida read the warnings, but dismissed this website as ideocracy and "foil hat" science. This bridge damage as well as the more than 4000 dead souls on Puerto Rico and unknown number of dead and missing in the Bahamas, are exacting details of what radar microwave attraction can exude. This section warned of pending devastation to the dams and infrastructure before the Michigan dam destruction and the Florida infrastructure devastation at Pensacola. If the people of the United States don't address this with the government, this country will continue to suffer this type of death and destruction as you can see for yourself here:

These commingled Doppler radars at Key West, Miami and Tampa Bay turned hurricane Sally into a destructive monster that devastated the infrastructure bridges in north west Florida. Blaming the destruction on Skanska barges is far from the truth, since just like Katrina, had Doppler radar never been used at Guantanamo Bay to initially feed the tropical depression, Sally would have remained a smaller storm and more than likely a smaller hurricane. This website warned Florida on 8/10/2020 to not use radar microwaves on hurricanes as a result of the massive increase in size of Irma and Michael after entering the sphere of influence created by these radar sites. These radar sites are also a major contributing factor to hurricane Katrina. The contribution of the Dopplers on Puerto Rico and Guantanamo Bay were instrumental in the feeding of Hurricane Irma. Hurricane Maria was on the same path as Irma, but it destroyed the Doppler radar on Puerto Rico and turned north along the east coast, attracted to those Doppler sites eventually
NOAA, NWS, United Nations, FEMA and now the White House, National Governors Council and the entire government has been put on notice to address this issue and provided the acknowledgement that they are reviewing these advanced warnings that could have prevented the Michigan dam destruction, West Coast Fires and coming mudslides, Gulf States and Florida infrastructure devastation. If they don't address this, the $54 billion damage predicated in this section for 2020, will continue in 2021. Staytuned!
Update 10/5/2021: the flooding and damage from tropical storm Claudette and hurricane Ida were foretold in this 2020 warning, and the flooding damage and deaths worldwide can be added to this $54 billion dollars. If no change is made to the use of radar, plus 4G and 5G radio produced microwaves, worldwide flooding, landslides, catastrophic tornadoes and hurricanes will far worse than experienced in 2021.

Another warning to the west coast since you failed to address the fire danger warnings in this section on 12/28/2019 and 6/12/2020. The only reason that the west coast avoided more major flooding this past spring was that almost all major storm systems coming across the Pacific ended in the Gulf of Alaska, and were not affected by west coast radar systems. This will not continue and there is a whole ocean poised and waiting to dump water on the west coast. Just like the southern states and Gulf coast states accomplish with hurricanes and tornadoes, feeding radar microwaves into any storms coming off of the Pacific ocean will create the so-called "river in the sky" as experienced last year, and massive mudslides and flooding will be in your future. To minimize the impact to the burned areas, it is highly advised that Doppler radar use be minimized or stopped altogether. Infrastructure devastation costs such as that occurring in Florida and Michigan, will add to the already costly fires spawned by radar microwave produced lightning storms.

These radar images give a whole new meaning to "red states". So far in 2020 there have been twelve hurricanes, of which six were major (category 3 or higher), with 160 deaths and $29.373 billion dollars in damage. These so-called radar images are in fact radar microwave superheated water molecules in cloud formations, being sensed by a radiometer on a satellite twenty two thousand, five hundred miles in space. There has never been any radar designed to scan clouds formations from space. So every television station and government agency that display these images on electronic devices, are not displaying actual radar responses. What they are displaying are the results of radar microwaves superheating the water molecules in the clouds of these storm systems. The heating of the water molecules occurs at the speed of light, so the transition to the radiometer is at the speed of light also, so the response of the cloud movement is nearly real-time. When microwaves excite the hydrogen and oxygen atoms in these water molecules to cause heating as occur in microwave ovens, it will result in expansion of the water molecules producing significantly more water content, more powerful electrical storms, engorgement and attraction of hurricanes.

The fire warnings to the west coast were expressed to draw attention to the electrical storms that were being experienced in south Texas, most being spawned by Doppler radar microwave heating of the water molecules. Predicting what was going to occur in California and the other western states was foreseeable based on what was happening in the Midwest and southern states. There were so far 8100 plus fires, 8.2 million acres burned, 13,887 buildings destroyed, 48 deaths and $2.707 billion in damage.

Hurricane Eta clearly show that radar microwaves are superheating the water molecules, since these images are generated after sundown. Without any sun present, radar microwaves are the only method of heating these cloud formations sufficiently for the satellite to display them. If the Doppler radar at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, Key West and Miami continue to feed this hurricane, just like Sally , the attraction to Florida will once again produce massive flooding and additional infrastructure devastation. These disasters keep getting more predictable as long as radar microwaves continue to be used on these tropical storms. Here is Iota beating up Nicaragua once again, just like Eta. The reason that we know that this storm is being fed by radar microwaves is due to the fact that this video was taken at 10 30 PM after the sun is no longer present. The only way that these clouds could produce enough heat for the satellite to generate this image, is if the radar microwaves were heating the water molecules. Heating water molecules to this extent will produce more rain and a more powerful hurricane.

As a year end feature, I will show how the Yucatan peninsula Doppler, Brownville Doppler, Corpus Christi Doppler, San Antonio Doppler and the most powerful Houston Doppler radars spawned and engorged hurricane Harvey. If these Doppler radar system continue this in 2021, the $54 billion dollars lost in 2020 from hurricanes, tornadoes and wildfires and the $125 billion from Harvey and $5 billion from Imelda, may create an even bigger loss. Had radar microwaves never been used on this tropical storm when it was at the Yucatan peninsula, it never would have entered the Gulf.
Below is the link that actually shows the Yucatan peninsula radar spawning tropical storm Harvey, that Houston, Brownsville, Corpus Christi and San Antonio superheated and turned into a massive, super wet hurricane. Pumping billions of watts of microwaves into the water molecules did exactly what the Samcuss Theory Hypothesis exudes.
As a final note in 2020. if you don't understand the Samcuss Theory and its implications, let me direct you to this video of Hurricane Harvey above. Look closely and you can see the signature lines of Houston Doppler radar as the radar microwaves were superheating the water molecules for this satellite video imaging. This water saturated storm was fed by multiple radar sites mentioned above and resulted in $170 billion in damage and 107 fatalities. This storm which was preventable by merely turning off radar at those sites, just as I warned previously to stop using radar on the storms coming from the north, during the "tax day' flood on April 16-17, 2016.

Since Canada doesn't have Doppler radar microwaves feeding these storms, they rarely venture beyond the Canadian border, just like the summer spawned water logged storms that destroyed the Michigan dams. The United States does however, spin these storms off into the Atlantic to wreak havoc on the British Isles and Europe, just like "bomb cyclones" Ciara and Dennis.

This is the final 2020 entry, so I will address the current Doppler radar weather in Houston. Texas as an example of why they need to stop using Doppler radar microwaves on storm clouds, Perhaps the meteorologists fail to either respond to the information that has been presented in this section of the website, or just choose to ignore it and settle for tornadoes and flooding. If this country continues to use Doppler radar as indicated in this 2020 Hindsight blow-by-blow predictable outcome of major weather related disasters, 2021 will produce much of the same. When they look back on 2020 and see how many people succumbed to the pandemic, 2020 Hindsight will be the gate-keeper for how many predictable disasters like the Michigan dams, west coast fires, Florida bridge infrastructure devastation, 468 deaths and $55 billion loss, could have been prevented by merely turning off radar microwaves.
This is what Houston's Doppler radar superheating of water molecules in rain storms, being displayed by a satellite 22,500 miles in space, looks like.
